Program rules
- Minimum order: 50 containers per pickup
- Containers are subject to visual inspection
- Pickup must be booked in advance
- Orders are subject to available plant capacity
Not included
- 5-gallon containers / bottles
- Caps, seals, labels, and packaging materials
- Delivery and logistics services
- Full sanitizing or deep cleaning of containers
- Maintenance or repair of customer equipment
CoolFreeze supplies purified water only and does basic rinsing before filling. Logistics are shouldered by the customer.
